A group of young individuals, dissatisfied with society's emphasis on superficial intelligence, form a community where they intentionally portray themselves as mentally challenged. They then infiltrate mainstream society, pretending to be intellectually disabled, and use this guise to wreak havoc, causing chaos, annoyance, and shock wherever they go.
