Aussie heavy metal singer Black Alice, a peace activist, is captured by the fascist Oceana government and transformed into a hologram. When released by barbarians, he finds himself in a post-nuclear dystopian world. A surviving scientist reveals that Black Alice's actions inadvertently caused the catastrophic event, and he must travel back in time to prevent the destruction.
