After graduating from high school, Ryan must move away from his girlfriend Cinta without confessing his love. Cinta longs for him to say the words to solidify their relationship. Tragedy strikes, but Ryan begs the angel of death for three more days to declare his love to Cinta. He then occupies the body of an unconscious man, Doni, who is hospitalized.
