In the vibrant city of Madrid, 1922, the boundaries of tradition are being pushed by the emergence of Jazz, Freudian theory, and avant-garde art. Salvador Dalí, an 18-year-old aspiring artist, arrives at the university and quickly gains attention from the social elite, including Federico Garcia Lorca and Luis Buñuel. Salvador becomes entwined with their decadent group, but as time passes, he finds himself drawn to Federico, who is oblivious to the attention from his writer friend, Magdalena.
