Hellbender

Izzy, a teenager with a mysterious disease, lives with her mother in a secluded house on a hill. They're a vegan family who homeschools and plays music together in the band Hellbender. One day, a lost hiker appears, claiming to be Amber's uncle, but Izzy's mother makes him vanish. Later, Izzy meets Amber and is invited to swim and party with her friends, but things take a strange turn when Izzy hallucinates and her mother reveals their true nature and motivations.
