Kyle Yount, a die-hard Godzilla fan, launched a Kickstarter campaign in July 2014 to fund a documentary celebrating Godzilla's 60-year legacy. The goal was to raise $8,000 to film Godzilla and kaiju-related events in Tokyo, interview cast, crew, and fans, and share their passion and experiences with the King of the Monsters.
