In 1987, a notorious serial killer named Abbot Hayes vanished from the morgue. Soon after, a zombie outbreak ravaged his hometown, claiming many lives. Years later, the town's elderly residents are desperate to forget their dark past. However, the arrival of a businessman who relocates graves to build a car dealership awakens Abbot's malevolent spirit, prompting him to resurrect his own undead army and reclaim the town.
