In this movie, a young housewife named Rosalba from Pescara embarks on an unexpected adventure after being forgotten by her family at a highway café. Feeling offended and rebelling against her husband's instruction to stay put, she decides to hitchhike to Venice, where she meets a cast of eccentric characters, including an anarchistic florist, a masseuse, and a waiter from Iceland who speaks his own unique Italian dialect.
