A mischievous puppy stumbles upon a lamp containing two rambunctious Genie brothers, and one of them gets trapped inside the puppy. A wish suddenly causes the puppy to grow into an adult, leaving the stuck Genie to struggle with granting wishes for his new master, resulting in chaotic and comical blunders.
