A monk and a young woman, both with a rare blood type, are wounded by terrorists in a Singapore airport. If they don't receive blood transfusions, they will die. The police and anti-terrorist forces must use a reluctant con man to donate blood, while the woman's boy friend tries to take matters into his own hands by kidnapping the potential donor.
