Tommy, a 10-year-old boy from a troubled home, is sent to Springboard, a juvenile detention and rehabilitation center, after yet another incident. At Springboard, he's assigned an educator, Gilles Séguin, who struggles to connect with Tommy due to his violent outbursts and lack of information about his past.
